Mr. Douglas Warnock holds Bachelor and Master Degrees in Geoenvironmental Studies from Shippensburg University, PA; a Masters of Strategic Studies from the U.S. Army War College, Carlisle, PA; and is currently working on a doctorate degree at George Mason University, VA. He has held various positions with the U.S. Army in environmental management located at the Pentagon, Fort Detrick, MD, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD and Letterkenny Army Depot, PA. Mr. Warnock and his wife reside in Chambersburg, PA.
