The presentation in the link above is a great tool to educate everyone about our disease. We made this into a 2012 calendar to help raise funds to support our Fabry disease education and assistance programs. Fabry disease affects many different bodily systems because of damaging lipid (GL-3) accumulation throughout the body. This section of the website focuses of providing information about each major disease symptom, bodily system, and/or medical specialty area separately.

The information is extracted from peer reviewed medical journal articles, studies and information gathering results, the professional opinion of key opinion leaders and NFDF medical advisory board members.
